Thanks for asking! Potatoes Browning is the name of a horse in the book “Fencing the Sky” by James Galvin. I loved the character of the horse in the book; and wanted to use the name for our next pet. We got lucky in that Potatoes Browning the cat is a calico, and some of her brown spots look like a potatoes.
